I seggi per il referendum costituzionale saranno aperti sino alle 23 ma già alle 19 si registra un'affluenza alquanto alta.
Difatti, come riportato da "Rai News"(1) si parla del 57,47% mentre alle 12 l'affluenza era stata del 20,14%(2).
