Secondo quanto riportato dal un quotidiano del Bangladesh,"Kaler Kantho", un tweet aveva amunciato l'attacco terroristico dieci ore prima che avvenisse.
"It will be the first in Bangladesh to attack in diplomatic zone, taking hiostage and largest operation against the crusaders and its allies", affermava tale tweet, tweet che sarebbe stato in breve tempo cancellato.
